For PPSR Direct Access Customers
Invoicing Improvements


Effective today, ESC Corporate Services will be improving your invoicing process for PPSR Direct Access as follows:

  • All transactions completed by 5:00 p.m. will be invoiced
    on a daily basis. Invoices will be sent to clients the next business
    day for faster service.

  • With this new and efficient process, PPSR Direct Access clients will receive invoices by email from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • Clients also have an option to view, save and print invoices online by visiting the Eservice site @ www.eservicecorp.ca, logging in and clicking on the "My Transactions" or
    "Accounting Information" button.

 

These improvements will help facilitate the tracking and billing process for PPSR disbursements more efficiently for your firm and for your clients.

Federal Articles of Incorporation / Annual Return Filings


We are pleased to announce effective today ESC Corporate Services will be supporting Federal Articles of Incorporation Annual Return filings through its existing portfolio of Eservices online.

Corporations Information Act

Annual Return Changes


As of October 1, 2009, it is no longer be possible to file the Corporations Information Act Annual Return (CIA AR) with the Ministry of Revenue. The CIA AR will be collected by the Canada Revenue Agency on behalf of Ontario.


As a result, effective as of midnight September 30, 2009, it is no longer possible to print/view the existing Annual Return and EFF Declaration Form provided by the Ministry of Finance as proof of filing. Should you wish to obtain an official report that reflects the details of your filings, please order a current 'Corporation Profile Report'.


Please note that Ontario business and not-for-profit corporations continue to have the option of filing their standalone Corporations Information Act Annual Return electronically through ESC Corporate Services.


The following Corporation Types can submit AR filings electronically:


  • A - Ont. Business Corp. (must file within 6 months of Financial Year End ("FYE"))

  • B - Ont. Non-Share (must file within 60 days of anniversary of incorporation of amalgamation date)

  • D - Insurer (must file within 60 days of anniversary of incorporation or amalgamation date)

  • F - Social Club with Share (must file within 6 months of FYE)

  • G - Social Club with Non-Share (must file within 60 days of anniversary or incorporation or amalgamation date)
