    Even though our customer support staff includes Law Clerks known for their expertise related to all of our search, registration and corporate due diligence services, ESC clerks cannot provide legal advice.

  7. Do I need an account if I will only use ESC’s services once or twice?
    You do not need to set up an account to use our services – unless you want to. You can use our Guest User feature, or choose to order by phone or email.

    Customer service is available during our normal business hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, except Statutory Holidays.
