*Order requests will remain in a queue for most Government services to be processed on the next available business day.
Note: Ontario Articles of Incorporation, Initial Return, Notice of Change, Annual Return, and Business Name Registrations for Ontario Corporations, General Partnerships, and Sole Proprietorships submitted on our Registry Complete platform are processed 24/7 .
Tips for Efficient Filing Management During Busy Season
- POST-DATE your Ontario Articles (up to 30 days in advance)
- Use CURRENT DATE for Adoption/Approval date on Articles of Amalgamation to avoid extended delays caused by required manual filing intervention with the Registry.
- CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE EFFECTIVE DATE on the Articles and in any instructions.
- SAME-DAY FILING DATE: Please submit your Articles requiring a same-day filing date during our regular business hours on Registry Complete or to filings@eservicecorp.ca before 2:00 pm. Same-day filings cannot be requested on weekends and holidays.
ESC will continue to support you with your filing requirements, including CURRENT DATE filings, up until Dec. 24, 10:00 AM EST and will resume regular operations on Dec. 29, up until Dec. 31, 3:00 PM EST. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your needs are fully met throughout the holiday season.
