Clare Colledge was appointed President of ESC Corporate Services in 2018. As President of ESC, Clare is a transformational leader, focused on innovation aligned to the needs of the market and our customers. She brings nearly 30 years of experience within the financial/legal services industry through her previous roles at D+H, Equifax, FCT and GE. Her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic direction have delivered substantial revenue growth and profitability for ESC over the last several years. Clare is an advocate for positive and progressive change with her devotion to excellence in service delivery, technology, and the development of her people. The team at ESC recognizes customers have a choice, and they work hard to earn and retain their business every day.
As the Vice President of Technology at ESC, Jason brings years of experience in applying technology and analytics to develop industry-leading solutions and process improvements helping service providers in the FI, Auto and legal industries. Prior to joining ESC, Jason was the co-founder and Chief Software Architect of AVS Systems. Jason was also the co-founder of Connexus Communications, a revolutionary internet service provider and pioneer of early e-commerce transactions with multipoint single sign-on. In his current role at ESC, Jason is responsible for leading our technology and innovation team helping to keep ESC ahead of the technology curve.
As the Finance Director at ESC, Philippe brings over 18 years of experience in multiple finance and leadership roles. His extensive leadership experience is augmented by a CPA, CA and a BACS, Accounting & Finance from the University of Western Ontario. In his role at ESC, Philippe is responsible for leading the finance function, implementing strict internal controls, and creating the annual budget in collaboration with various departments and our parent company ISC.
As Vice President of Business Development at ESC, Sermina brings to ESC over 22 years of legal experience in secured lending, operations, and project management. Before joining ESC, Sermina spent 8 years at General Electric/Wells Fargo as a key part of their in-house legal team and as Deal Closing Manager. She’s responsible for managing the ESC’s sales team, as well as the project management, and design of ESC’s new web platform Registry Complete. Her deep domain expertise in PPSA and legal documentation takes customer experience to new levels at ESC.
As the Vice President of Recovery Services at ESC, Mark brings to ESC over 20 years of experience in secured recovery services. Before joining ESC, Mark spent the last 20 years working in Senior Executive roles at industry-leading organizations such as Teranet, FCT, D +H and the original Asset Inc. In his current position he is responsible for leading the recovery services operation at ESC and looks forward to growing the business over the next couple of years.
