Tips for Efficient Filing Management During Busy Season

POST-DATE  your Ontario Articles (up to 30 days in advance)
Use CURRENT DATE  for Adoption/Approval date on Articles of Amalgamation to avoid extended delays caused by required manual filing intervention with the Registry.
CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE EFFECTIVE DATE on the Articles and in any instructions.
SAME-DAY FILING DATE: Please submit your Articles requiring a same-day filing date during our regular business hours on Registry Complete or to [email protected] before 2:00 pm. Same-day filings cannot be requested on weekends and holidays.

ESC will continue to support you with your filing requirements, including CURRENT DATE filings, up until Dec. 24, 10:00 AM EST and will resume regular operations on Dec. 26, 2024, up until Dec. 31, 2024, 3:00 PM EST.
